Terms of use
Last updated: October 28, 2026
By using Choizy TV ("Choizy", "the app") you accept these rules. There are only a few, and they are simple.
The service
Choizy lets you vote on movies and series, remember your taste and choose what to watch, alone or with friends. It is free and developed by Ludovico Pronesti as an individual. It may change, gain new features or lose some.
Your account
- You must be at least 16 years old.
- The information you give must be true and the account is personal: keep your password safe.
- You can delete your account at any time from the app (Settings → Delete account).
Behavior
- Your name and tag are visible to others: no offensive or vulgar names, no impersonating someone else, no names that infringe other people's rights.
- Do not harass other users (repeated requests or invitations against their will).
- Do not try to break the app, its limits or other people's data, and do not use it with automated programs.
You can report and block people who don't follow these rules. We may change a name, suspend or close an account that breaks them.
Movies, series and streaming services
Titles, images, plots and streaming services come from TMDB and JustWatch and belong to their respective owners. They may be incomplete or out of date: check on the service before subscribing. Choizy is not affiliated with TMDB, JustWatch or any streaming service.
Warranties and liability
We do our best to make Choizy work well, but we provide it "as is", without any guarantee that it will always be available or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from its use. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
Changes
If we change these terms we update the date at the top; for important changes we let you know in the app. If you don't agree, you can delete your account.
Law and contact
These terms are governed by Italian law, without prejudice to more favorable protections of the country you live in. For any question: privacy@choizy.app. How we handle data is explained on the Privacy page.
